The terms governing your access to and use of the Medical Legal Spider website.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of medicallegalspider.com (the “Site”), operated by Medical Legal Spider (“MLS,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to use of the Site itself; services engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.
“User” or “you” means anyone who accesses or uses the Site. “Content” means all text, graphics, images, software, and other material on the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
— Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
— Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
— Upload malicious code or use the Site to transmit harmful material
— Scrape, harvest, or copy Content except as expressly permitted
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
The Site and its Content are owned by MLS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Medical Legal Spider” and “AttestaAI” are trademarks of MLS and may not be used without our prior written consent.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, or distribute any Content without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Site provides general information about our services. It does not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice, and no attorney-client or other professional relationship is formed by using the Site. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for professional judgment.
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and links do not imply endorsement.
The Site and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility.
This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect the liability provisions of a signed services agreement, which govern services engagements.
You agree to indemnify and hold MLS harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm venue/jurisdiction clause with counsel.]
